commandline: output raw SVG #11

The HTML from HOCR (Tesseract) can be converted to SVG and should be saveable through a commandline option:

ami-phylo --hocr.svg [CTree filename]

will output the raw SVG to a subdirectory (yet to be determined) of CTree
