Current configuration for IJSEM phylogenetic tips is:

tessedit_char_whitelist ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0123456789-._()

located in

/usr/local/share/tessdata/configs/phylo

on my machine.

For me, on Lubuntu (OS) my tesseract config path is: usr/share/tesseract-ocr/tessdata/configs/
