Return facts by dictionary #19

We should be able to get back facts from just one dictionary.

This could be done by searching on the contentmine id field but it it would be better to add another field to the mapping just for this,

A new field for this has been added on wikifactmine-facts-v3. However because the alias hasn't yet been moved this index is now a little stale. We must repeat this procedure with the most recent index and then redirect the alias before any new facts are indexed.
