Converting the People (members) directory to a grid layout and group-member listing to self-intros #104

The start of working on the Members section of the site. Here's a screen shot:

Lot's more refinement possible but this gets the basic structure in place.

The last three commits create a group-member listing based on self-introductions so I've expanding the title of the PR. The result looks like this:

This is just a start with still lots of rough edges that I'll document as issues.

I'll also upload this to bfn.context.org so you can play with it.
