Remove breadcrumbs from header #15

In my most recent work on the UI (done in late May), I realized that most of the pages won't need breadcrumbs – the main and secondary menus would provide all of the necessary orientation and nav. So I'd like to re-design the header without the breadcrumbs. I see this as my next task once I get coding again.
