Get same main menu on all sites #4

BFCom requires WordPress multisite so that each group can have its own blog. The main menu in the upper left of the header needs to be the same on all sites. We need this to happen automatically each time a new site is created. At the moment it doesn't.

This may no longer be an issue with the new theme so I'm closing this for now.
