Simplification of the single topic page #44

I've been wanting to do this for a couple of years! In the last few days I've been sorting out how the bp and bbp template systems work. With that knowledge, I've modified the appropriate templates to significantly reduce the topic-header content. Also moved some elements around in the layout of individual posts.

I made NO css changes. There will still be a lot of styling to do. I see this PR queuing up a good backlog of css work.

The code looks good to me.

Just so I understand, the buddy press and BB press folders in this repository contain copies of the original files from the original plug-ins, right?

Also, would you like to file some issues for the CSS work?

Yes, the BP and BBP folders in this repository contain copies of the originals in the plugins. Ours take precedence over the originals. We can modify ours – which is what I've done. When we reach a stable, ready-for-production version, I'm imagining that we will keep only the files we've modified in BFCom and let the calls to the rest pass through to the plugins. It will make updating the plugins easier.

I'll try to get some issues for the CSS work up tomorrow.

Cool, just making sure I understand. The plan sounds good!
