As we move between machines that are case insensitive (e.g. Macs) to those that aren't (e.g. linux servers) we can get caught by upper case letters in names. This just happened to me with Logo9b.svg as I uploaded the latest bfcom to bfn.context.org. I was the original source of the file with the upper case letter but wasn't paying attention then – so I just want to record my learning here. All good now.
