Style menus in the header to provide a breadcrumb equivalent #91

Now that we have our own top menu system that identifies the active parent menu item, it's time to upgrade the styling. I've come up with a design with

the active menu items in bold (font-weight 600) and dark grey (I picked #1e1e1e but it could be something else)
the inactive items greyed-out with an opacity of 0.6

I'll create a PR for this but wanted to also refer to it in the issue stream.

Note: The styling of the More ... link still needs programming that will allow it to be highlighted when it contains the active menu item. I need to take another pass on the order and content of the submenus and will include this issue when I do that.
