Add analysis code #2

FROM JEREMY: To show how to analyze data, it'd be useful to:

some sample data
some sample code, e.g. a Jupyter notebook or similar

Working version of the analysis code exists on the image_version branch. If you want us to merge that branch into master, I can do that.

"to show how to analyze data".. I'm not sure it make sense to do this just yet and/or who this would be helpful for. Definitely in favor of making the experiment as fully reproducable as possible but things are still very much in flux at the moment.. we don't really have actual data to analyze yet and the way we're saving data will likely change before the first real pilot
