make sure experiment is ENTIRELY REPRODUCIBLE from the data saved out (including onset time, from time 0, of every item that appears on screen)
consider saving out in a way that is more friendly for:
- category-wise analysis
- working with pandas dataframes

added code to record more experiment details using psychopy's built-in functionality in addition to our original saving. Closing issue; will re-open if bigger revamp is later needed
