Maintenance and cleanup

• [x] - Remove all .ipynb_checkpoints and pycache folders
• [x] - Update image in readme file to match the one in the paper
• [x] - Change names of Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 to match paper
• [x] - Fill out "Directory organization" section explaining how the repo is organized and where to find stuff
• [x] - Also add pointers to notebooks for replicating analyses in the paper
• [x] - Add a link (null for now) to our preprint; we can update the link once it goes live on psyarxiv. Also include citation info for the paper.
• [x] - In the analyses folder, add a readme that explains which files produce which figures/stats from the paper, and what those figures' filenames are (i.e. which PDF files)

In a few places the file paths reference /Users/kirstenziman/Desktop. These need to be replaced with paths that are part of this repo.

@jeremymanning do relative paths work in notebooks? I seem to always have difficulty which is why i use the absolute path everywhere

Relative paths should work in notebooks-- the paths are relative to the current working directory, which I believe starts wherever you start the jupyter server from
