fixes hyperalign and adds SRM (Shared response model, see: https://github.com/IntelPNI/brainiak/blob/master/brainiak/funcalign/srm.py)

hyperalign modeled off of: https://github.com/PyMVPA/PyMVPA/blob/master/mvpa2/algorithms/hyperalignment.py
