Step 1: get both paper and toolbox (including demo ipython notebooks) to a "fully ready" state. goal: have this step done by 3pm on friday at the latest. (Andy, Jeremy, Kirsten)
Step 2: submit paper to the arXiv (Jeremy)
Step 3: add link to arXiv paper to readme.md (Andy)
Step 4: flip "public" switch on toolbox (Andy)
Step 5: submit code to pip (Andy)
Step 6: post a link to the paper and toolbox on lab website (Jeremy)
Step 7: submit CEMS abstract (must be done by 5pm on Friday; Andy?)
Step 8+: share broadly and widely with friends and collaborators, twitter, facebook, etc. (everyone)
Step 9: notice all of the typos and bugs and begin post-submission process of intense self-doubt and self-loathing
Step 10: channel energy into the next science thing and keep this awesome momentum going!
