fixed lag-crp indexing issue, added test #60

@paxtonfitzpatrick just a heads up - when this gets merged in, I think the indexes for your auto vs man lagcrp analysis may have to change. This fixes the issue with 3 zeros on each side of the result of quail.analyze(egg, analysis='lagcrp').
