Unable to install eclipse plugin

Describe the bug

JFrog Bintray has now sunset.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://dl.bintray.com/contextmapper/
2. See error - "Forbidden!"

Expected behavior We must have valid URL with plguin.

Thank you very much for reporting this one @tigrus!

I'm a bit disappointed that those guys (bintray) did not inform their users about this (I never got an email that they stop their service). However, I set up a new update site; the new URL is: https://contextmapper.jfrog.io/artifactory/context-mapper-eclipse/updates/ (installation via Eclipse Marketplace works again as well).
