Improve support for BC canvases #25

Improve support for bounded context canvases with "business model" and "evolution" fields.

There are other fields to add (such as "ubiquitous language" and "business decision"): they are out of scope for this PR.

This PR depends on https://github.com/ContextMapper/context-mapper-dsl/pull/323.

I'll make a Context Mapper release soon; then the build should be fixed and we can merge this.

Seems like we forgot the example after having merged the feature @boxleytw ;) Merged this one right now.
