Things done:

Upgrade Gradle to 17.5.1
Upgrade NodeJS to 18.12.0 LTS
Remove unused plugin config com.moowork.gradle.node.NodePlugin
Unpin npm and use the one bundled with NodeJS, GitHub action uses the bundled one
Use npm ci instead of install to make the build more reproducible
