Repository transfer #208

I suppose that when we will go public, the repository will be transferred to the ContinualAI account. I have never done such an operation. Anyone knows how much time this could take? Do we risk to lose some repository (meta)data?

I've done it before, it is almost instantaneous and we should not lose any metadata! More info here: https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/github/administering-a-repository/transferring-a-repository
