Anaconda Navigator startup issue after update #10474

Actual Behavior

In Anaconda Prompt, when I write anaconda-navigator, the terminal shows this message:

anaconda prompt

Expected Behavior

Anaconda Navigator should open.

Steps to Reproduce

The anaconda navigator was opening as well as working fine. Then i updated and it stopped working.

Anaconda or Miniconda version:

Anaconda2-5.3.1-Windows-x86_64

Operating System:

Windows 10

@aayushaggarwall could you try force isntalling qt and pyqt?

conda install qt --force
conda install pyqt --force
conda update --all

I have tried that already. This screenshot was after trying that.

@aayushaggarwall there seems to be a problem with Qt and PyQt. Any chance a software you recently installed added pyqt qt dlls to the system32 folder on windows?
