python.exe: Can't find the ordinal 242 in DLL-file(s) - Anaconda3\library\bin\mkl_intel_thread.dll #11518

Actual Behavior

I'm following a course on Udemy and I had to install Anaconda and in the Anaconda Prompt I had to install Keras through a specific way. I try to install Keras for Anaconda3 via Anaconda Prompt by typing: "conda install -c conda-forge keras". It starts up the installation and after some time I have to agree by typing either y or n. Whenever I type y, it continues and at the end it gives an error stating I'm missing the "mkl_intel_thread.dll" in the C:\Users\User\Anaconda3\Library\Bin folder. Whenever I type "where mkl_intel_thread.dll" the anaconda prompt says that it is right where it is supposed to be.. I'm not a programmer (yet) and have little knowledge of python or programming. But whenever I try to install Keras or open Spyder through Anaconda Navigator, I get this error. I've been roaming this website for quite some time, reading and trying different things to fix the problem. I don't have Amplitube. The mkl.dll files are NOT in my System32 folder.. I reinstalled Anaconda and python 3 times already but it keeps giving me this error.. I hope someone can help me.

Expected Behavior

It should install Keras (and Tensorflow).

Steps to Reproduce

Open Anaconda Prompt (it also happens when I open it as an administrator). Type: "conda install -c conda-forge keras".

Oh, I did copy the "conda info" and "conda list" but apparently I screwed up :(

Okay, so this is what I did at the moment and Anaconda3 works, together with Spyder 4.0.0 and if I'm not mistaken I also have Theano, Tensorflow and Keras installed. I uninstalled all my python versions and anaconda3. I then reinstalled anaconda3. In the anaconda3 prompt I wrote: conda install python=3.7, because apparently this is a python version that works. Then I uninstalled Spyder (conda uninstall spyder). I installed Theano (pip install theano). Then I installed Tensorflow (pip install tensorflow) and then I installed Keras (pip install keras). If I tried to install Keras by "conda install keras" or "conda install -c conda-forge keras" I got the error message. After all this I installed Spyder again (conda install spyder). And now everything works. I haven't tried out Tensorflow and Keras yet, but right now Spyder works which it didn't before and I don't get any error messages about the mkl_intel_thread.dll missing or whatever!
