Error Anaconda - Githubissues

Actual Behavior

I'm using Linux Mint. When I open anaconda from terminal, I got some errors pop up. But everything other is working fine. Secondly, when I'm trying to update the Spyder from "Update this application", it says "Spyder 4.0.1 can't be installed on this environment." I was trying to install on the root env.

Here's the error message when I run anaconda-navigator:
