anaconda-navigator unable to launch on POP!_OS when VS Code is installed #11868

Actual Behavior

anaconda-navigator fails to launch with Traceback error in lib/python3.7/site-packages/anaconda_navigator/api/external_apps/vscode.py.

Expected Behavior

anaconda-launcher should launch.

Steps to Reproduce

Install POP!_OS, and VS code and try and launch anaconda-launcher.

The fix:

Modify the three instances of

self._DISTRO_NAME in ['ubuntu', 'debian']

to be

self._DISTRO_NAME in ['ubuntu', 'debian', 'pop']

in anaconda3/lib/python3.7/site-packages/anaconda_navigator/api/external_apps/vscode.py

This also happens in Linux Mint.

In fact, this was fixed a while ago https://github.com/ContinuumIO/anaconda-issues/issues/11635#issuecomment-594494001
