This is not the right place for this question. If it a problem with the package itself (listed dependencies, etc.) - then you need to contact the bioconda folks directly. If it is a problem with conda, then it should be on the conda github issue tracker. I'm going to close it here as this is not a package built by Anaconda and the majority of the packages you have installed are from either conda-forge or bioconda.
Actual Behavior
I install ensembl-vep from bioconda but the version is not the indicated 102.0, but 89.9
Expected Behavior
the syntax has changed a lot from the old to the new version I would like at least to get v98.3
Steps to Reproduce
all the following comands gave me v88.9
conda install -c bioconda ensembl-vep conda install -c bioconda ensembl-vep=102.0 conda update ensembl-vep
Anaconda or Miniconda version:
