I wrote the solution of the problem and provided step-by-step guide to follow along for anaconda navigator startup problem.

I can now after using up to method 3 before that I was having some problems and error while startup of anaconda.

I've read the attached document, tried but didn't worked for me. I used : conda install anaconda-clean anaconda-clean --yes it worked for me, now I can use anaconda-navigator (some manually installed packages are missing after the execution, does not affected badly)
