Readline version #1701

Currently stable readline is 6.3 but python3.4 from conda depends on 6.2.2. This sometimes cause conflicts on Archlinux. Is it possible to upgrade readline to 6.3 in conda?

The Cray computer we use recently updated to to readline 6.3 and the current 6.2 version of readline is causing conflicts using anaconda binary files with system binaries.
