the anaconda navigator missing something after updating #9213

The projects menu is missing, and the Learning and Community Menus are empty after updating from 1.6.5 to 1.8.3. (See the pictures below:)

anaconda-navigator

And provide any traceback that appears

Starts from the terminal, and the learning and community menus are full; starts from clicking the icon the learning and community menus are empty. How odd!

I noticed you have html5lib versions 1.0.1 and 0.9999... 0.99&c. is listed as a pip install, as well as tensorflow/tensorboard. I am having problems with a deprecated html5lib package, could these issues be related?

I am a new fish and I am starting using Anaconda just few days, so I am not sure about the reason. Hope you could figure out the issue soon and fix the bugs in the next version.
