Uninstall Anaconda requires admin on Windows 10 #9301

I am trying to reinstall Anaconda, but to unninstall a local user instalation requires Admin rights. I installed anaconda on my work notebook now i need open an TI ticket to unninstall it.

How to reproduce the bug: Install anaconda with a non admin user on windows 10. Try to unninstall it.

This is still the case.

Also, I did a fresh installation and when opening the CMD I get an error that "activate.bat" was not found, there is indeed only: activate.bat.c~ activate.c~ in the \anaconda3\Scripts folder
