@JingOY0610 if you open the Anaconda Prompt and type

anaconda-navigator or

anaconda-navigator --debug what do you see?

Could you also try updating conda and packages?

Please remember to update to the latest version of Navigator to include the latest fixes.

Open a terminal (on Linux or Mac) or the Anaconda Command Prompt (on windows) and type:

conda update conda
conda update --all

I tried all kinds of updates in Anaconda Prompt but they don't work. The following is the result when I type anaconda-navigator

@JingOY0610 it seems omething on your path is producing and error as displayed by the message

'.;D:\\\\\\xc8\\xed\\xbc\\xfe\\\\QuickTime\\\\QTSystem\\\\QTJava.zip'

You will need to remove that entry from the PATH variable and try again.

But I still cannot open navigator. When I type in anaconda-navigator in Prompt, it shows:

@JingOY0610 not sure what is the cause, the output of conda info --json DOES include envs_dirs so not sure.
