Specify Installing Scrapy from Scrapinghub Channel #4

Currently scrapinghub is listed as a channel in the environment.yml file. There is currently no way to specify this in the environment.yml file.

After you run conda env update, if you run conda list scrapy you can see that it grabbed the scrapy package from the scrapinghub channel. This doesn't give too much insight into how it resolves the dependencies, but it appears to be doing what we want it to do.
