Examples: bsddiff4... and anything else that's just a single standalone Python package.

Binstar-specific tasks (talk to @srossross for assistance):

• Register ctk organization/namespace (such that binstar.org/ctk is a thing).
• Make sure we all have the ability to upload to that username/org thing.
• Add support for the continuous binstar build/integration stuff.
