add plotting methods to ElmStore #110

It would be natural to add functions for plotting to ElmStore:

A function that takes 3 band name strings (named DataArray s in the ElmStore) and creates a false color or true color image
- The function should check each band is a raster - else this function should raise error
- The function should take 3 band names, such as band_4, band_3, band_2 for true color image from LANDSAT.
- Use imshow
- Return figure handle or axes handle

This was added in preparation for AnacondaCON (matplotlib based 3-band RGB plots) and will be improved much further in Phase II with datashader and other viz and UI work. Closing this issue. We'll open separate issues later in Phase II when we get to the UI milestones.
