Address Issue #159 :

NOT FIXING (believed to be a bug with Travis-CI): Fix the lack of flowdock notifications
[x] Fix deploy/anaconda.org upload
[x] Add conda convert before upload

This is a link to a no space left on disk error . Does it make sense to address the space / download issue here in this PR?

I think it should be treated as a separate issue, since it relates to refactoring our testing strategy. I'm happy to look into it after this issue is completed.

@PeterDSteinberg once tests pass in this PR I think it should be ready to merge.
