Copying over holoviews doc folder
Moving existing docs folder material to ./doc
Working towards #188 . This PR may not do all the documentation but at least get the auto-gen and auto-testing of docs from notebooks system in place.

Going to make a separate conda pkg for the docs auto-gen/testing so that we avoid duplicated work between holoviews / elm / others.
