Add notebook similar to NLDAS data exploration, w/ scatterplot matrix #235

Add a notebook like the existing NLDAS one, but limit the choices to the NLDAS_FOR0125_H.002 group. Then when a year/date file combo for NLDAS_FOR0125_H.002 is selected by GRBSelector, get the file plus the corresponding NLDAS_VIC0125_H.002 file and do a scatter of the FORA fields versus themselves (scatterplot matrix) and/or the VIC SOIL_M_110_DBLY soil moisture field.
