Need better validation of `data_source` #97

When calling fit_ensemble or fit_ea the data_source needs to be checked:

X should exist, or
sampler and args_list should both be not None

Closing this issue - much will change on the yaml spec (to which this issue refers) and on data sources' configuration for download and ML. See the epic #149 on those plans.
