Configuration of certain options while the server is running e.g. ops, whitelist. Things that can be changed with commands
Better configuration for server.properties e.g. world gen settings
World management: show preview of worlds???
Auto-detect mod configs

Mod configs should be a part of world configuration - most server configs are in the world/serverconfig folder
