PR Description:

This update introduces automation to the congestion control simulator. Key changes include:

Input for the number of simulation rounds, array of lost packets, and initial slow start threshold (ssthresh).
Automation of the simulation process across multiple rounds, with only "Start Simulation" and "Stop Simulation" buttons required.
The simulation will display which packets are transferred in each window and automatically handle lost packets as per the user inputs.

@haseeb-555 I approve the changes, but this PR requires a rebase before merging, can you resolve the merge conflicts? Do it carefully, the code from other PRs must not be affected.
