Control System Studio is an Eclipse-based collections of tools to monitor and operate large scale control systems, such as the ones in the accelerator community.
With this change Github actions will verify very commit and very pull
request. This should help to keep the build working and reduce work on
the local machine as builds can run on Github automatically.
