download.controlsystemstudio.org unresolveable #2723

The cs-studio build fails because the download.controlsystemstudio.org can't be resolved. I guess it went unnoticed since all the developers have the contents already cached.

Issue reproducible. This is an issue for us because we tried to redownload some content, which fails because of that. Also, the download page https://controlsystemstudio.org/download/ has a link for development build 4.6.0: https://openepics.ci.cloudbees.com/view/CS-Studio%204.6/ , which also fails because openepics.ci.cloudbees.com does not resolve.
