Handle Backward compatibility with existing screens #40

With the adoption of the new PV field format, there needs to be some policy on how to handle backward compatibility for existing screens/configuration files.

I think most PVmanager pv format changes have been handled. Anything else that is not compatible?

For SNS examples that I recently inspected, the existing translations combined with a compatibility option for local PVs (#97) would allow a fairly smooth transition.
