As part of Move functionality to rover, The rover must operate as per commands. The operations will include linear direction movement and can have rotate movements. It has to accept these parameters:
dependency: Odometer sensor integration to rover wheels PoC on proximity sensor on bigger wheel (similar concept of odometer)
