Uploads does not work on numeric questions #34

I tried to upload a picture on the numeric question form and it did not appear on the survey.

I know this was supposed to be solved with #26 How are we doing with this resolving this issue?

@rikalively @debajyotiGuha I think there has been a confusion on this one why will there be an upload in Numeric question. @camerontrimble can you verify this. I have hidden this from the form. Let me know.

The Survey creator should be able to add uploads to each survey question. These would be resources relevant to that question that people could download.
