Add namespace and fix fn call #6

I wasn't able to build the project/run jar because $.cell/vector? wasn't available. This PR updates it to $.std/vector?, and it now builds.

Hi Jeff :) It took a little while but I've been doing massive work on develop, reorganizing the repo and such. So I didn't merge this directly but I salvaged it, thanks!
