Credentials sent via e-mail. #55

Is there an existing feature request for this?

Describe the feature you would like to see.

Most CMSs make use of Convoy's API by having a "go to panel" button that auto logins you, but it would be nice if Convoy itself would send another e-mail with the credentials and the full link to the panel itself, well, like ptero, to give you a real-world example.

Describe the solution you'd like.

No matter how the vm is created via an extension, or directly on the panel itself, if should have a hook for when the VM is ready for use, send an e-mail.

Additional context to this request.

Sorry, can you clarify your request? You were talking about creating users and then shifted to server installations.

The topic remaind the same, in the event of a VM creation either by using the API or directly on Convoy's web interface, would be nice if an E-mail would be sent in the three scenarios:

  1. User is new, e-mail send over the full credentials of that new user and for the VM that was created and attached to his or her's account, not mater if it's created via the panel or via API, like through paymenter's extension.

  2. E-mail send over just the credentials to the new VM if the user already exists and was just added a VM into his management(owner).
