any key to reboot is a bad practise #3

as per title, some people might have important things running on the system, it should not include "any key to reboot" as the last command. better print a message "a reboot is needed - run command reboot" if it is really needed, better specify a reason why so

doas zerotier-cli join ............ populates network adapter, it works, no reboot was needed
