Icons in bookmark bar hidden #220

Icons in the bookmark drawer hidden when bottom toolbar and secondary navigation both are enabled.

Expected behavior

Able to access page tools, bookmark and reading mode icons when both bottom bar and secondary navigation are enabled.

Few thoughts

Secondary navigation isn’t needed when bottom bar is enabled, that's how it is when the first setup is run. In that case we shouldn't be able to select or show secondary navigation.
