[Bug] 16.1 tab titles are unreadable #290

Tabs are purple on every page and the text is black so it's not readable

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any page
See error

Expected behavior

Should be readable

Additional context

Sorry about this - the addition of support for Monet wallpaper theming on Android 12 unexpectedly affected the background of the custom tab bar. I'll fix this ASAP.
