Just converted your files to Retroarch format for NTSC-U 1.2

I'll be updating my cheats (especially the widescreen cheat) with Duckstation-specific codes, as the widescreen cheat cannot be perfected otherwise. Because of this I think this might have to go, as I don't think that Retroarch format can express these cheats properly, sorry.
