To add on to this, I had a strange issue in a playthrough several years back. It happened when maxing out Total respect via gang wars: Screenshot_1

I sadly don't know if it's a vanilla issue or not. I had a handful of mods installed at the time, none of which I remember.

It's vanilla I think.
